Efecte hidr\u00f2fil amb laigua<br \/>\n3. Autonetejant<br \/>\n4. Antiest\u00e0tic<br \/>\n5. Major absorci\u00f3 de la llum difusa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La previsi\u00f3 de nanoavant SL \u00e9s finalitzar l&#8217;exercici 2022 amb uns 110.000 m2 de panells tractats a Espanya.<br \/>\nEs tracta d&#8217;una soluci\u00f3 ideal per a instal\u00b7lacions de gran dimensi\u00f3, autoconsum industrial i hortes solars. Molt enfocada a revitalitzar instal\u00b7lacions amb una certa antiguitat (a partir d&#8217;uns 2 anys), millorant les prestacions dels m\u00f2duls solars i optimitzant els costos de neteja.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>DESCRIPCI\u00d3 DEL PROJECTE:<br \/>\n&#8211; Instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 en coberta met\u00e0l\u00b7lica de nau industrial que consisteix en 540 panells fotovoltaics de 175W cadascun<br \/>\n&#8211; Total de superf\u00edcie de panells a tractar de 702m2<br \/>\n&#8211; Antiguitat dels panells FV superior a 10 anys<br \/>\n&#8211; Motiu de lactuaci\u00f3; el client necessita augmentar la producci\u00f3 actual d&#8217;energia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>EXECUCI\u00d3 DEL PROJECTE:<br \/>\n&#8211; Es realitza una neteja profunda dels panells fotovoltaics amb maquin\u00e0ria especial (disc amb raspall giratori i aigua desionitzada).<br \/>\n&#8211; Es polvoritza el nanorecobriment SurfaShield nG per part d&#8217;un equip de 2 especialistes aplicadors de l&#8217;empresa de serveis Servhygiene (partner de <strong>Nanoavant<\/strong>).<br \/>\n&#8211; Es requereixen 2 dies per fer l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3, tot el proc\u00e9s integral.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>RESULTATS DEL PROJECTE:<br \/>\n&#8211; Com que la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 est\u00e0 monitoritzada, es compara la producci\u00f3 de juny 2021 respecte al juny 2022.<br \/>\n&#8211; Increment del Performance R\u00e0tio (PR) del 6,28%.<br \/>\n&#8211; Increment de la producci\u00f3 denergia (kWh) del 22,64%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aplicaci\u00f3 de nanorecobriment fotocatal\u00edtic SurfaShield nG en instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 d&#8217;autoconsum solar a coberta de client Vall de Ges Iniciatives, a Torell\u00f3 (Barcelona) Surfashield nextG \u00e9s un nanorecobriment fotocat\u00e0lic transparent que s&#8217;aplica mitjan\u00e7ant polvoritzat al vidre protector de panells fotovoltaics ja instal\u00b7lats per transformar-lo en autonetejant i antireflectant.
